Self-Evolution During the Global Pandemic

The Culinary/ hospitality field has defiantly taking a major setback, because of The Global Pandemic Covid-19. The quarantine we were all forced into caused so many restaurants and other business to close. The new normal that we are currently living in has caused many of us to find new ways to reinvent or rebrand ourselves. I believe the expression goes hustlers and true sellers are not made they are born with that natural ability, and so many of us are being tested right not to see what they are made of.


The new normal of this pandemic like many of us I was not prepared for. I always saw myself one day branching out from under the umbrella of a corporation and starting my own business. The furlough and later the termination I were subject too forced my hand. I can honestly say I was absolutely scared, but I prayed, and I have been receiving blessings, after blessings to start my own brand.


The weekly Sunday Dinners I have started was not my original intention. I was content with just catering for clients, however God had something else in store for me, and I haven’t looked back, and I have never been happier.
